Job Description
• Communicate and follow-up with clients via phone or email
• Review output, correct errors, document issues and update the workflow system
• Client Relationship Management
• Complete and remain committed to ongoing training and development
• Demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness on the job at all times Adherence to all security and privacy protection requirements
• Adherence to SunGard policies including attendance, compliance, etc.
• Respond appropriately and quickly to client requests
• Escalate issues clearly and immediately through the defined chain of command |
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1 year of directly related experience in financial services industry
• Basic understanding of the concepts and terminology used in the financial services industry
• Ability to understand and follow detailed procedures
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change is essential
• Willingness to learn and perform additional tasks
• Must be a self starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum typing ability of 40 wpm with 90% accuracy |
