Job Description
• Assisting the Client Attorney(s) in identifying important case materials
• Reviewing the documents for relevance to the case , privilege, and specific concepts
• Summarizing key evidence for client Attorney(s)
• Receiving the communication related
• Run QC and QA checks on the team members work to ensure quality
• Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously while meeting stringent deadlines
• Construct and execute searches for relevant material in client databases
• Plan & allocate work to team
Desired Candidate Profile
• Should be a qualified Lawyer proficient and experienced in handling document review projects
• Should have worked on large document reviews for major private litigations or government investigations; attorneys with experience drafting motions, reviewing contracts or other non-litigation tasks can be considered so long as they have also worked on significant document reviews
• Should have experience with litigation- or due diligence-related document reviews as opposed to contract-related reviews
• Document review experience should be in the areas of antitrust and commercial trade, banking and securities, products liability, and intellectual property
• Prior experience with a US legal entity as would previous LPO experience would be a definite advantage
