What is a Job Posting?

If you are seeking for job seekers in the KPO/LPO industry, then you can utilize our “Job Posting”services. This service acts as an online channel between a recruiter and a job seeker and helps them find most relevant fit vis a vis. This service helps employers save time, money, and recruit most relevant candidates for a job in the outsourcing industry. We provide three types of Job Posting services including:

How do I post a job on KPOPlacements.com?

To post a job on the KPOPlacements.com, you need to enter your user name and password allocated and login in to your account. After you have logged in to your account, place your cursor on the Post Jobs section and click on the Post New Jobs tab. Once you click on this tab, a job posting form will be displayed. After filling the form, you can save it and see its preview. When you click on the Submit button, your job posting would get highlighted on the Job Portal immediately.

How do I edit information in Job posting section?

When you click on the Post Jobs section, it shows a tab View/Edit Job Posts. By clicking on this tab, you can edit the contents of the job posted by you. Once edited, you can save and review your job. After editing and reviewing, you can click on the Submit button to post the job on the website. Please note that after performing edit function, it would be counted as a new job posting. 

How much time will it take for the job posted to appear on the website?

Once you have filled up your job form, within few seconds job will be displayed on the website .

How do I know the number of Jobs posted by me?

You can view the number of jobs posted by clicking on the Reports s ection on the top of the horizontal bar.

How can I remove the posted jobs from the job portal?

In case you have filled the vacancy or do not want to receive any more applications for an advertised job, then you have the option of removing the job from the website. For this feature, login in to your account and go to the Manage Folders section. Select the job and click on the Delete button against the job you want to remove.

How can I view resumes against the job(s) I have posted on the website?

Login to your account and click on Post Jobs, it will display View/Edit Job Posts in the drop down menu. Click on View/Edit Job Posts and it will display all the jobs and their status in the window. You can view and download resumes by clicking on the responses received against each job posted by you.

What are the key features of KPOPlacements.com database?

How can I search the candidate’s resumes on the KPOPlacements.com?

To access Resume Database service, you need to subscribe this service. Now, login to your account and place your cursor on the Resume Search bar, it will display two search options Rapid Search and Advanced Search:

Rapid Search - Rapid Search provides you search results based on section wise analysis of resume. If you select Entire Resume search option and enter any keyword, then it will perform search in all the sections of resumes. If you select Key Skills search option and enter any keyword, then it will perform search only in the Key Skills section of the resume. If you select Resume Headline search option and enter any keyword, then it will perform search only in the Resume Headline section. You can search through this technique by using any of these three search criteria (Entire Resume, Key Skills, and Resume Headline) with combination Total Experience. For example, if you want to search for Head-Legal Research, then you can opt for the combination of  Resume Headline and Total Experience of 8 to 15 Years to achieve the desired result.

Advanced Search - Advanced Search allows you to choose more combinations to perform more comprehensive search. Like Rapid Search, you have three basic search options Entire Resume, Key Skills, and Resume Headline to perform your search operations, but there are lot more combinations which can be used by you in comparison to Rapid Search. While performing search, you can opt for more than one combination like Entire Resume, Annual Salary, and Current Location to search for resumes. For example, if you want to search for e-Discovery Manager in Delhi, then you can opt for Entire Resume and can select Current Location as Delhi to achieve desired result.

How can I view resume(s) in detailed form?

To view resume(s) in detailed form, conduct search in the database using relevant keywords. Once you click on the Search button, you will find a list of desired resumes. Click on the heading part of the respective resumes to view the resume(s) in detailed form.

How can I download resumes?

You can download resumes by clicking on the Download option appearing on the bottom, in the right side. This will enable you to save resume in the Word format.

Can I provide access of Resume Database service to other users within my Company or Team?

Qucik Serve or HR Support service helps employers and consultants to effectively utilize all the services offered by us. You can subscribe our services via credit card, debt card and internet banking. You can also pay us by Cheque/or DD in favor of “Excellect KPO Consultants Pvt. I am facing problems signing in to my account. What should I do?

In case, you are not able to login to your KPOPlacements.com account, please check that you are entering correct username and password; check if you have enabled all the required cookies on your browser; you have JavaScript enabled in your browser. If the problem still persists, please send us an e-mail at info@kpoplacements.com.

I forgot my username/password. What should I do?

In case, you have forgotten your username/password, click on the option Forgot Password available below the Login option. This will ask you to provide the same e-mail id which was given by you at the time of registration. Once you have entered the required information, you will receive your password through e-mail within 24 hours.
